Made-to-Order

While we try to maintain inventory of popular items, most products are made to order using our stock of lumber and materials. Depending on current order volume it may be a few days or a few weeks before your order is ready-to-ship. When your order is received, we will follow up with an estimated ship date.

Variations in Handmade Products

All of our products are handmade. We like to say "Made with machines, but not machine-made." Images on our site portray the approximate appearance of a given product, but actual appearance may vary based on wood grain, shade and hue differences across stock etc. There may be slight variations in finished size of each item. 

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Generally, returns on unused items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at [email protected] to begin the return process. If an item is defective, it can be returned or replaced at no cost to you. If a replacement is requested due to preference or size, we will work with you to find a solution acceptable to both parties.

Returns are not accepted on customized\engraved pieces.

Guarantee Free From Defects

We guarantee our boards will arrive in ready-to-use condition, flat and free from defects. What happens after that is up to you. Moisture and excessive heat e.g. putting it in the dishwasher, soaking it in the sink or placing a hot kettle on it can ruin a board quickly. If our products are not protected from moisture and heat or not maintained by following the provided instuctions, they can go from beautiful to useless. As such returns for boards that have been used or show signs of moisture\heat exposure can not refunded.

Shipping

Orders will be packed carefully to prevent damage and shipped using either UPS or USPS with insurance and tracking.
